    MD Transplant: I recently retired from a large, well-known hospital in Baltimore, my retirement fund was with their contracted financial group, also as large and impersonal as the hospital, albeit not as "famous". I decided it was time to take a more hands on approach with my finances and thats when I met Conner Brady from Stages Planning Group. Conner couldnt have been nicer or made our first meeting more comfortable and convenient, first by asking if I preferred to meet in person or via Zoom. I chose Zoom and it was a good thing for me that I did, because life never goes as planned, my 3-year-old grandson was dropped off an hour before my meeting. Not only was Conner very patient and flexible while I was trying to wrangle my grandson, but he also genuinely knows his stuff! He was honest with me, told me what I needed to know, not what he thought I wanted to hear, did not talk over my head, as the other financial planners had, didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want or need and suggested what he thought would best suit MY needs. In short, I highly recommend the Stages Planning group. I have since had the pleasure of meeting both Lou Leyes, owner of Stages and colleague Marcus Snow. I would recommend any of these guys to my friends and family, but I was particularly impressed with Conner Brady for his patience and not missing a beat while explaining to a practically, financially illiterate grandmother with a 3-year-old on her lap! Well done job Conner Brady!

    Elijah DAngola: This agent lies to people to try and steal clients from other local agents. My client reached out to me saying the gentleman from this office stopped AT HIS HOUSE. Knocked on his door and proceeded to lie to his face about knowing me. This client is a close neighbor and family friend so he thankfully knew better. Everyone should be wary of the shady business practices occurring in this office. STAY AWAY, as who knows what else they’re willing to lie about to try and steal you away from a trusted agent/ relationship.

    Juvencia V.: Nothing like being lied too! I am extremely disappointed. Spoke with a lot of csr’s there. Due to “timing” of when I filed my income tax return and when payment was due - I was told by 4 people I would get my income tax check reversed and send back to me. You see they applied it to my loan. AFTER hey told me I was going to get my money back. So like a complete fool I kept checking my mailbox. I called them yesterday 30 aug - just to be told it was applied to my interest. I asked how can they tell me that, when it wasn’t true? Supervisor Dante and manager Stephanie all they could say was I’m sorry. They shouldn’t have said that. What we can do is listen to the phone recordings and tell the supervisors to retrain them. WHATTTTTTT? Stephanie told me she didn’t see any notes on there where the reps told me it was reversed. I was even told it would be submitted for review, that was probably a lie. Because right after that I called back and sure enough she told me the check is coming from the irs so it might take up to 30 days? Well glad they are going to get retrained on me! From the beginning of this arrangement I went into to pay my student loan back- they kept reiterating if I do this: my income tax will NOT be withheld nor will my pay be garnished. All LIES! I loath being lied too! I wouldn’t be surprised if they garnish my check. They don’t FREAKING know what they are doing. Thank you Navient! This is not the end. I am seeking answers! Unbelievable how they are allowed to play with your money. Knowing full well every human being has bills to pay. So shouldn’t a call be made before you keep or withdraw money from someone. You can’t play with people’s money.
