However we have been treated rudely... questions about accounts always handled rudely.... waited in line to talk to Teller Manager for over 10 minutes as she finished a conversation with a friend about personal activity... when I asked her my question she was confrontational and arrogant. We have chosen to deal with the other branches and have been nothing but kind, patient and helpful. A serious review needs to happen at Evergreen Branch and Management Staff practices.
