GAP Federal Credit Union - Johnstown Andrew Gibson: Worst experience Ive every had with financial customer service, was scammed from someone that uses their Union, I called only to make them aware of the individual that got me, and the lady on the phone basically dismissed everything and didnt even care, I get it if theres not much you can do but if thats the case make that transparent to me the caller I spoke with Olivia from the 111 branch and she was useless and very dismissive. Its clear that these guys prioritize the lack of empathy and inconsideration. Not asking for much except closure.
