1 /5 Patti Burton: The Evergreen used to be helpful and we banked with the credit union for more than 30 years. However we have been treated rudely... questions about accounts always handled rudely.... waited in line to talk to Teller Manager for over 10 minutes as she finished a conversation with a friend about personal activity... when I asked her my question she was confrontational and arrogant. We have chosen to deal with the other branches and have been nothing but kind, patient and helpful. A serious review needs to happen at Evergreen Branch and Management Staff practices.

1 /5 drummerjonrush30: If you live paycheck to paycheck, DO NOT use LFCU. They will tack on overdraft fees, returned payment fees and continue to take your money for made up fees. I cant tell you how many times I have been screwed over by their "fees" and left struggling until my next paycheck. If a bank actually valued members they wouldnt intentionally kneecap them at every turn. Again do not use LFCU if you live paycheck to paycheck!
