The sign up process was easy, and getting her into the group was seamless. We were greeted after our daughter joined the group and given and update at the end of class, confirming she was at the right level for the group she was in. We look forward to more sessions!

My daughter made so many friends and she even got a new skill down as well.The also give alot of encouraging words to each athlete!!! They make you feel so welcomed!! Ember Cheer is the best place to be and will highly recommend them to anyone!! Looking forward to many more Season with them!

5 /5 Samantha Shue: We started with gymnastics over 5 years ago. She ended up competing for 2 seasons and decided to give Ember Cheer a try for their first season. She was hooked! She did both for well over a year. She has continued with cheer and loves being at the gym where she spends so much time. She loves engaging with the cheer and gymnastics coaches. There are so many opportunities for her to put in extra work, which she takes advantage of them all. She has made so many friends in both programs.

Several baseball fields, plenty of parking. playground, mini golf, volleyball field, ice ring, rollerskating, skate park Batting cages closed. Not open for use. Been here for Baseball games. Ice cream stand Behind penn state york and york ice arena Good lighting for night games.

Twisted Roots Yoga & Wellness - York

Sydney Bolyard: I was in town for just an overnight and had to get my hot yoga fix.. Twisted Roots made me feel right at home! Roz hosted a great vinyasa class that was the perfect blend of power, stretch and balance. I love that she leaves some wiggle room for anything you personally want to explore in your practice or time to hydrate. The essential oils at the end of class was a beautiful touch. She and the whole crew were so sweet and personable! They let me borrow a mat, provided towels and they have a locker room with showers for after you get your sweat on. Highly, highly recommend for any practice level, you are sure to feel comfortable here :)

Highly recommend coming to him if you have goals you want to achieve something or are looking for a routine to hold yourself accountable! Ned is great with customizing workouts to your needs and focusing on what will get you to where you want to be. Highly recommend

Kirsten makes sure everyone feels welcome and included. When you take private classes she caters the class for your specific needs. She’s an amazing person and yoga teacher!!

Joy Sajimon: Nice gym for the area. Their vistor prices are a bit steep for the day. They should add a 1 week pass for visitors with friends who have membership. Clean and well lit, has most equipment. Good conditions. Has lockers if needed.

Amanda Capezio: The community at Evolution is like no other. The instructors here are so supportive and inclusive of yogis of all levels while holding space for growth and challenge. The studio itself is clean and inviting. The clothes in the boutique are cute and high quality. Just a great place to get in a good sweaty yoga session!

Mary Strong: Where to start??? When I see my granddaughter love something so much it makes me realize that cheering has been nurtured in her by an amazing celebrity family. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about the sport. They encourage the girls to work hard but they also have fun!!! No one can put a price on how the girls grow and master skills to make them competitive. When attending competitions we are loud and so supportive of the girls no matter what level at which they are performing. If you want your cheerleader to grow in the skills needed to succeed and to create bonds of friendship that are so important then this the gym for you. Laurel Nicolson: Ignite Yoga & Wellness (formerly Ignite Yoga of York) is a beautiful studio located in East York, PA. They offer a variety of classes, great for all levels of yogi. They also offer Reiki treatments and Nutritional/Personal Coaching. Theres a great sense of community and belonging here which I definitely appreciate. I see people in classes of every age, shape, and size. Studio is super clean, has all the supplies you could need and has TWO beautiful, spacious restrooms. Cute cubbies to store your personal belongings during class, coffee/tea to enjoy for free and a small boutique with all kinds of jewelry, essential oils, yoga gear, etc. My preferred place to practice!
