    lal kovach: The only reason why I’m giving this two stars is because everyone else at the bank has always been so kind and helpful. However, last week or so ago I was in with my mom and Cindy was extremely rude. We were having an issue and she literally stomped back and forth. I thought she was going to start yelling at my mother, she had no patience, and just glared at us like we were bothering her. She never once smiled at us. Very unprofessional and rude.

    Halez: The app is awful and the website is just as bad when trying to use it on a phone. Both feel outdated and inconvenient. Other banks have far better options and technology, so I’m seriously considering switching. Just makes paying your bills or banking with them difficult.

Long lines inside and at drive thru, miscommunications, inaccurate info, holds on check cashing even for small amounts, lots of time and paperwork, just awful experiences and was customer for many many years, every time they change the name, things get worse!! Go to First Federal of Greene County--they are so much better!!

    Don Pablo: I feel I am being ignored when all I want is an update on my case and why I didnt have the phone interview I was supposed to have. I may have messed up my case, but I have left 2 voicemails to my caseworker and not a peep so far. Not to mention the garbage app that if it was a house of cards would have been made out of wet mud. And our taxes go to pay for this mistreatment.
