1 /5 Robert Sphar: Do not use this bank. They used to be decent but have went severely downhill. The worst bank EVER. I closed an account over a fire in my business. And tried to reopen, when I opened my business back up and was told that legal said no. When asking for legals phone number I was threatened with arrest. Refused to give a reason.

Kathy Lee: After they filed our taxes incorrectly last year, they offered a sincere apology, so we gave them another chance. That was our mistake. The owner scheduled us an hour before the office actually opened and we had to call to see what was going on. When the preparer finally arrived, we were made to feel like an imposition and rushed. Even though they went over the files to make sure they were correct, again, they made mistakes. By the time the owner returned my husband’s call, we had heard back from the IRS regarding the problem with our filing. The owner only offered an apology instead of refunding any of the preparation fees. When the owner told my husband it would never happen again, she was right. We will never go back and pay hundreds for their unprofessional services. You have been warned.

KER: I love the new location, at the Fayette Plaza (near Ollies & Giant Eagle). Not just because its extremely close to my home, but also because its much neater. The wait times are still what theyve always been, thats not their fault - they cant help who comes in, when, or how complicated peoples transactions can be. SSA doesnt make the laws. Once I get to the window, often my visit goes quickly. One time I was given incorrect information from an SSA agent at this location, and my Ticket To Work liaison had to handle the matter because of that, but Im not going to hold that against the entire office. Usually everyone is nice & helpful, takes as much time with you as you need, and tries to get everyone in & out quickly. The seats could be a little more comfortable, considering a lot of disabled & elderly people go there, but otherwise its a nice, clean, quiet place.
