I may have messed up my case, but I have left 2 voicemails to my caseworker and not a peep so far. Not to mention the garbage app that if it was a house of cards would have been made out of wet mud. And our taxes go to pay for this mistreatment.

Kathy Lee: After they filed our taxes incorrectly last year, they offered a sincere apology, so we gave them another chance. That was our mistake. The owner scheduled us an hour before the office actually opened and we had to call to see what was going on. When the preparer finally arrived, we were made to feel like an imposition and rushed. Even though they went over the files to make sure they were correct, again, they made mistakes. By the time the owner returned my husband’s call, we had heard back from the IRS regarding the problem with our filing. The owner only offered an apology instead of refunding any of the preparation fees. When the owner told my husband it would never happen again, she was right. We will never go back and pay hundreds for their unprofessional services. You have been warned.
