All the instructors are amazing and will push you to be the best you that you can be! I’ve taken the most classes with Jenny, and love how much passion she brings to class. The studio is clean, and the instructors will remember your name after your first visit….. and hold you accountable to your goals!

    Zak Hasan: I’ve been a YMCA member for 5 years and my kids (2 kids) have taken swim lessons year round. The classes themselves are good, but on more than one occasion I was told in front of others that my kids need to stay “right with me.” I am one person with three kids, and one of them has special needs. We also pay for a full family membership and these lessons, which help cover staff salaries, so I expect to be treated with more respect and understanding. Families like mine deserve compassion, not to feel singled out.

    Frank Booth: Can’t say enough about Performance Athletics and its owner, Doug Grosser. I am 80 years old and I’ve been working with Doug for about 15 years. My health is good; my blood pressure and cholesterol are down and this attributed by my physicians to the fact that I’m working out. Performance athletics isan extremely friendly environment, and Doug has been very flexible in my scheduling which I appreciate.

    Jeannine Leydic: I cannot speak highly enough about this gym and its fitness classes. I joined about a year ago with just a class pass to take the many yoga class offerings. I began trying some of the other Les Mills classes and have fallen in love. I now have a full membership. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable people. The classes are always full of familiar and happy faces. There are so many convenient class times from 545 am to 730 at night. The spaces are clean and always fit the mood of the class. There is a spinning cycle studio with a new half hour high intensity "Sprint" workout thats rewarding and quick. This gym offers almost all of the Les Mills classes (exercise with a focus on music, highly motivating). Theres a smoothie bar and great child care room my daughter loves too. Almost at my weight loss goal and had fun doing it! Final Results Fitness has it all, I love this place.

    Joey Vargas: I would definitely research before joining. I am new to the area and was looking for a gym to train jiujitsu and Muay Thai. After looking in to this place I found out the highest level belt is a purple belt and they have very unqualified, very new to the sports individuals teaching all the other classes. Paying $150+ a month for low level instruction with so many other schools in the area is crazy. I can’t imagine paying for coaches with less experience than I am coming in with. A lot of these comments are people that must be new to mma and don’t know better. I wouldn’t waste my money here.
