1 /5 Joey Vargas: I would definitely research before joining. I am new to the area and was looking for a gym to train jiujitsu and Muay Thai. After looking in to this place I found out the highest level belt is a purple belt and they have very unqualified, very new to the sports individuals teaching all the other classes. Paying $150+ a month for low level instruction with so many other schools in the area is crazy. I can’t imagine paying for coaches with less experience than I am coming in with. A lot of these comments are people that must be new to mma and don’t know better. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

5 /5 Keith Busby: Signed both kids up for BJJ (5 and 7 yo) they seem very excited, confident and motivated after the first few classes! Cant wait to see them progress as they get more comfortable. Dakota and Emily are great with the kids, keeping them engaged (not easy to do with the young ones). I just signed up myself for Muay Thai- both instructors Rich and Dan are high level and I am stoked to learn some Thai techniques! Stop in and check them out! Everyone I met has been welcoming .

5 /5 Sarah Drewicz: I highly recommend this gym because all the coaches are incredibly patient. My son has a lot of energy, but they manage to keep him focused throughout each lesson. He looks forward to attending every week. He has been taking classes for over six months now, and I can see his confidence growing with each lesson.

5 /5 Ava Esterly: Cat & AJ do such a fantastic job at explaining things in a way that is easy for beginners to understand. The overall gym culture they have cultivated is so welcoming and supportive. This place should honestly be studied as an example of how to build team spirit and a positive learning environment. On that note, this gym does a great job at supporting female Jiu jitsu athletes. I look forward to women’s class every month :-)
