    fitGamer Smoak: I remember when I first took a class at PAC and I was intimidated. I thought I couldn’t do this and was struggling with life. But what I found instead was a group of coaches and fellow members that were the most supportive people I have ever met. Pushing everyone around them to be the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally. Honestly, if you want a good workout where we do all the things, CrossFit, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, and fun in-house competitions (or if you want to do your own thing) you won’t find a better place in the area than right here. What you won’t find though are machines. It’s not that kind of gym (but that’s okay, we love weights here). The coaches are top notch and really care about the individuals which has made the world of difference for me. You couldn’t ask for a better place to train (24/7 I might add which is fabulous) than PAC. And let’s remember, it’s not a gym, it’s an athletic club, but in reality it’s just a second home.

    Bill Parker: Attended their toddler playtime today. The staff was welcoming and informative. The building was immaculately clean. Everybody was friendly. The event was amazingly well organized and run. We sure hope they continue to do things like this as we will be sure to attend. Great job everyone involved!

    Casey Rau: I’m so happy that I discovered DASH! I’ve been doing 1-2 workouts a week for the past month and I felt stronger from day 1. All the instructors are amazing and will push you to be the best you that you can be! I’ve taken the most classes with Jenny, and love how much passion she brings to class. The studio is clean, and the instructors will remember your name after your first visit….. and hold you accountable to your goals!

    Zak Hasan: I’ve been a YMCA member for 5 years and my kids (2 kids) have taken swim lessons year round. The classes themselves are good, but on more than one occasion I was told in front of others that my kids need to stay “right with me.” I am one person with three kids, and one of them has special needs. We also pay for a full family membership and these lessons, which help cover staff salaries, so I expect to be treated with more respect and understanding. Families like mine deserve compassion, not to feel singled out.
