1 /5 Abby Cunningham: If you have any other options, use that one instead. All of the commercial bank & trusts are incompetent. Can lock your card for something that looks like fraud. Does not inform you or send you a new card until you call them about said card not working. Not the first time either. Ive tried complaining and nothing happens. Looking at changing banks.
