1 /5 Moxie Havok: I hate this bank, theyll mark random things for fraud which is ok I guess, but if you want to use your card at anytime past 5PM then get ready for it to be declined and have nothing to do about it because they have literally no customer support for most times of the day since their customer service is only open when the bank is open, even the online and phones are completely closed when they are.

Cosette Corcoran: I would definitely avoid using this credit union for your banking needs. I was a member here for 19 years and ended up closing my account because they charged me an overdraft fee for overdrawing my account by $3. Yes, $3 lol. Even the BANK (not credit union) I use for my normal banking allows a $5 cushion before charging the customer an overdraft fee. I explained to the teller that I moved the majority of my banking to a different bank after they started charging $5 for online access (which is absolutely ridiculous, dont even get me started on that), and he proceeds to argue with me, telling me that online banking isnt a necessity. I ended up closing my account, they made no attempt to keep me as a member. Credit unions are supposed to be more customer oriented than banks, but this is clearly not the case here. There are far better options for credit unions, and even banks, to use than this.
