1 /5 Diane Lamoreaux: I filed a fraud claim approx 120 days ago and have yet to receive the stolen money back (over $700). Local authorities are aware ( local police, postal inspector, county DA). Nanticoke branch has failed to update on status of claim, branch manager has failed to answer emails, PNC has failed to protect my identity and I had to request a new account not the bank. Formal complaint against branch is being filed with Federal Reserve.
1 /5 Crypto Rich: I would give them a 0 star if I could. They have the worst employees ever. They are super lazy. They dont care about the customers at all. If there is 5-10 minutes left on their shift and they see you coming they will purposely lock the doors. A few words to describe this place is Ignorant, not good energy, lack of feeling
2 /5 Katlynn Harris: This was one of my favorite banks been coming here for 3 years since I moved to the area today I was denied to cash my check i will never come here again wouldnt suggest coming here The " new pnc team " doesnt know what there doing at all!! :(
