1 /5 Victoria Kirkland: I have been with this bank for over 10 years. I have always received my paycheck direct deposit and would receive it at 5pm the day before. This year Clear view has dropped the ball in a big way. My paycheck was due yesterday 1/1/2021 my company has over 1000 employees and every single person got their paycheck on 12/31 except the 200 or more of us who use Clear view. We were the only ones in the company to not be paid. Several of us called in and were told some nonsense by your rep. that there was a problem with the Federal reserve....that is the most bogus untruth I have ever heard and was only said as a way to play upon our intelligence. If there was a problem with FEDERAL RESERVE, where were the news report, why did it only effect Clear View and not all banks, why did all the company employees get paid but not Clear view users? How did thousands receive their stimulus checks if the reserve was down smh...this is a problem specific to your bank, and your rep lied to several people on the phone....why did my dividend amount post, and why did you take my absolute check fee and leave my account at .57 cents. If my account goes in the red because of this Im filing a full complaint. As soon as I get my money Im going to another bank. You have kept my money, lied about why and then proceeded to make sure you took your money for an absolute check fee that I dont even know what it is or how it got added to my account..... Unfair financial practices.... maybe we need to get attorneys to see what else has been being done with our accounts and money behind the scenes. I am very unsatisfied with the end of year service and during a pandemic when people need every penny they can get, you keep the little bit I was able to earn.... Worst bank service in my 51 years.
