She helped my sister and me deal with banking issues related to the passing of our mother. She took care of everything related to the bank, even stayed over past closing time to help. Though formerly from that area, I now live in Ohio. Just based on Nicole, I would have my accounts there too. My mother always said she loved her local bank and we got to see why.
