A necessary clarification about fingerprinting services: IDENTIGO fingerprinting services and its staff are entites separate from the Franklin Center of Beaver County. IDENTIGO and fingerprinting staff are merely tenants housed in the building.

1 /5 Melanie Phillips: DONT COME HERE FOR FINGERPRINTS. I had the worst experience at this location. The lady, I believe her name is Ella, is short and rude to people. I work night turn, and I had to go 3 different times. The first time I went, the system was broken and told to come back the next day. I went back the next day only to be turned away because the lady who works the fingerprinting machine called off. So I made another appointment for today and again the machine was down. I was treated very rudely today, and staff werent all that friendly the previous times either. I understand that technology is frustrating when it doesnt work, but that doesnt mean I should be treated rudely because of it. In the end, the lady apologized for the system not working correctly, but I was still treated poorly because relaxing my hand wasnt natural for me to do for her to scan my prints. There isnt anywhere for anyone to sit other than 2 chairs. AVOID THIS PLACE FO FINGERPRINTS AT ALL COSTS! Go to another location.

1 /5 morgan munksgard: I went here to get fingerprinted for employment reasons (my first time having them done) the lady doing them was nothing but rude to me while she was doing them. she yelled at me for not being able to relax my hand (crazy that her yelling at me didn’t help me relax either). very unprofessional. overall it was not a good experience and it was very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend.

1 /5 Nicole Tripp: Went there for fingerprinting set up by my employer. I got the time mixed up. They were nice enough to still do it, although I was accused of lying about my appointment time. When I tried to genuinely apologize for my mistake, I was given attitude in return.

1 /5 Lailah Washington: The Franklin Center is supposed to be a place where you can get assistance and help. There’s absolutely NO reason your staff needs to be this rude and nasty. Clearly, if someone is coming into this facility they need help NOT a condescending receptionist who 1. didn’t give me her name and 2. was extremely rude and barely opened the door. She’s reflecting poorly on your overall good work and I would hate for one person to ruin this for everyone. Please check your staff and have them check their personal lives at the door. SO RUDE.
