Aaron Berger I take my daughter here for classes about three times a week, and she loves it! They are great people and everyone else I met there is friendly. I would recommend taking your kids here for training. They actually teach your kids how to move and spend one on one time with them for instruction. My daughter loves it and when my youngest is old enough she will join the class too. Again great couches and very patient! Update!!!! They also throw great childrens birthday parties!!! I would recommend!!!!!!

Casey Rau I’m so happy that I discovered DASH! I’ve been doing 1-2 workouts a week for the past month and I felt stronger from day 1. All the instructors are amazing and will push you to be the best you that you can be! I’ve taken the most classes with Jenny, and love how much passion she brings to class. The studio is clean, and the instructors will remember your name after your first visit….. and hold you accountable to your goals!
