5 /5 Dan Perez: This Tory Burch outlet does not disappoint! It has many items on sale and offers a great selection to choose from. The store location was very well organized and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend visiting when at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets!

1 /5 NGOC LE: Completely disrespectful customer. Staffs is amazing, except the Asian manager. Throwed the product right front of my eye. Stare at anyone dare to ask her about the product. Uper manager need to address this Asian managers attitude. This lady ruined entire enviroment of this store.

Was willing to get me any of the products I needed. The level of cleanliness the store had was impeccable. I will be returning in the near future.

1 /5 Nguyen Minh Quan: Date: Nov 29, 2025. The Asian store manager completely disrespected my wife. When we were shoping, she talked loudly near our ear and gave us the disgusting look. Regardless of the quality of your brand, the customer service we experienced was completely unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

1 /5 Tina H.: BEWARE UNFRIENDLY and RUDE STAFF! Unclear why management doesnt do anything about this problem. I have visited this store about 5-6 times and every time the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. They actually look hostile. They dont greet every customer as he/she walks in--only certain ones. Maybe if youre white they might actually talk to you. Oh and if you dare to ask them a question about a product they look visibly annoyed like youre bothering them. Unclear how they even stay in business. Each time I entered the store I left after a few minutes because I felt uncomfortable. Which is strange because I shop a lot and never feel like this in any other stores.
