2 /5 Rose Moyer: I was in this store yesterday and had a return. The manager gave me a hard time she didnt want to give me a cash refund even though I had my receipt. I purchased this item online and was told that I could return it if it didnt fit by the sales clerk who ordered it for me. I had order 2 different sizes and was told I could return the one that didnt fit . I would not shop here again. The shirt that did fit had a tear in it and I sewed it cause I liked the shirt. The clothing is cheap. Just beware that the sales clerk may tell you something that is not true and you may end up with an item you dont need or want

5 /5 Heather Goiran: Today I was so impressed by a young mans customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didnt have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days . The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant.

5 /5 Dominic Viti: I had a wonderful experience at Tillys this afternoon. The manager was extremely helpful in making my return and exchange an easy and smooth process. She also found a pair of shorts for me in my size that I didnt see. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service!

2 /5 Amanda Waterhouse: I visited Tillys last week and experienced disaster. Not a single employee offered too help me. The staff are full of clueless teenagers and have no idea how to do their job. The store was a mess and clothes where everywhere. Lack of professionalism and a store ran by children.
