Talbots - Greensburg (PA)

1 /5 Frank F: Talbot pushes the Talbot credit card, not unusual. I object to the $2.99 monthly charge for receiving a paper statement. Even though I never have a running balance. I’m very curious with my latest statement. I had no balance but was charged $7.25 late fee + $2.99 paper statement. My bill was mailed 8 days from due date. Plenty of time to clear. However. I was charged the 10.24. Not the first time I had a problem here. I believe Talbots may be holding onto bills deliberately past a due date. Just my opinion. $10.24 isn’t much but multiply it by hundreds or maybe thousands. Done with them.

4 /5 J D: The clothing is hit-or-miss for me. Some of the items were beautiful, of good quality, and are wearing well while others were very disappointing. But I have to add that the ladies in this particular store are very kind and helpful.

2 /5 P Knotts: I went in this store today. It was my fourth time. It was also the fourth time I was NOT approached by a sales person. If I had been approached a sale would have occurred, as it would have the previous three times. Went next door where sales people are helpful and purchased there. I guess Talbots does not believe in customer service.

1 /5 Bob: Lost credit card in the store employees refused to help look for ie behind cash register, didnt find card had to cancel it . not a good experience!!!

5 /5 Dolores Wentling: Best place to shop. Bought a sweater last week. Noticed a flaw today. Exchanged it with no hassle.
