1 /5 Merideth Reidy: We ordered merchandise for my sons junior tackle football team. The merchandise was weeks late. When we finally received it, it was only half of our order. I then had to call several times and finally I received a text saying my merchandise is in.
We paid for my sons name to be on the back of his hoodie, it was not there. Then I received the totally wrong hat. I called and sent an email, with pictures attached showing the incorrect merchandise, with the order form and asked for a refund, and Ive received no response.
Many other parents have received incorrect merchandise or poor quality and also can not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend and very poor customer service.
Update. . . No name and wrong size!!
