1 /5 Christie Layhue: My son rented a prom tux last year from here and no problems. This year he needed a tux for homecoming. This time, it seemed like a bother to help us. I picked the tux up on Friday because he had school and wouldn’t make it home until 4pm and that was too close to time for him to go there and try it on. I did have him try it on when he came home and and the pants were awful. Too short and so big, not the ones I believe he tried on in the initial fitting. Called to take the pants in and have the hem fixed and changed sizes. The owner was not kind and said he would do it but they close at 5 and I said I know, I can make it there by 4:30. They fixed the pants. Saturday before the dance he tried the jacket on and it looked horrible. Like all bubbled up from an underneath hem. I paid $153 for him to wear the white shirt that we got with the tux and he made a suit of his dads work instead. I returned it Monday and asked to speak to someone. The girl had me fill out a complaint paper and said someone would contact me and said the jacket did look really bad. Wednesday no one had contacted me. They said the owners may not have looked at it yet. So today is 7 days later and still no contact. I would never rent from here again. Customer service is key and this store has a huge fail in that. Go somewhere else.
