1 /5 Jean “Jean” W: Five days before Christmas I was trying to make a return. Two registers open in the entire store with 15 people waiting in line. I went to another set of registers. No one there, either, just a sign saying to go to the jewelry department. I waited there behind another customer and when it was my turn another customer who came in after me to look at jewelry. The sale lady ignored me completely til I asked why. She said that as long as anyone wanted to look at jewelry she had to wait on them first. Why direct customers to jewelry? Why only 2 registers to cover the whole store? And the women’s dressing rooms have all been closed for about a year, so you have to use one of the men’s dressing rooms. Why not designate one of these for women. This store is a mess and run like some low rent discount place.
