1 /5 Alexandra: I am not one to go out of my way to leave negative feedback, but my experience in this store warrants it. I’m not sure how this place operates successfully due to the complete lack of customer service. Me and my husband walked in looking to find a dress for a special occasion, the two ladies behind the register just stared at us. No “hi!”, “welcome!”, nothing. Rarely do I need or ask for help when I’m shopping, but a nice warm initiation goes a long way, or even a “let me know if I can help you with anything!”. Instead, we were made to feel like we shouldn’t even be in the store. We didn’t even get a “have a nice day!” on the way out.
You never know who is shopping in your store, and who will turn into a returning customer. The most important part of owning a small business is the customer service. Nice merchandizing and marked up Amazon clothing will only get you so far for so long. Definitely a lot to learn here in terms of service, won’t ever be back.
