1 /5 Julianne: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Southside Rainbow. I have encountered numerous issues that have made my shopping experience incredibly frustrating.
First, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and the lack of fitting rooms is highly inconvenient. Furthermore, several of my returned items were processed incorrectly. Attempting to speak with a store manager has been a persistent challenge, and I have found the customer service to be consistently terrible, with employees often appearing incompetent and inconsiderate.
Given these repeated negative experiences, I will no longer be shopping at this location. I strongly advise others to save themselves the time and frustration.
