2 /5 Nic: I’ve been to this store more times than I can count and have always had a great experience till today. A cashier with dark hair was incredibly rude to the customers in front of me I couldn’t believe it. They were trying to do an exchange and made it sound like they had spoken to the manager from what I heard. The manager had held a clothing article for them, so when the customer handed over a pair of damaged pants to exchange, the cashier loudly exclaimed “no tags?!”. the customer explained she already told the Manager (Rob or Ron? maybe) about the situation and began reexplaining to the cashier. The cashier then rudely cut one of the women off and kept saying “HOLD ON HOLD ON HOLD ON” to the point that others in the store and in line looked around as well in shock. The two women exchanging just went silent at that point and proceeded to be berated by the cashier who said “our clothes don’t usually have holes in them” and rolled her eyes as she completed the exchange while huffing and puffing. This was incredibly rude and the cashier gave 0 respect to these people. As they left and I moved up to checkout she kept rolling her eyes and continued to be passive aggressive. Absolutely no need for this level of passive aggression or rudeness in a freaking clothing store… get a grip.
