1 /5 Jessica Marie (jessmarien): Absolute worst customer services service I ever experienced. Extremely unhelpful. I ordered online a size 5 by accident instead of a 5.5 and chose for it to be delivered to Kohls store for pick up. After placing the order I called them to make the correction and they told me they could not modify my order until it was delivered to the store in 8 days even though the order was literally just placed and I could not cancel the order until after delivery. They told me that I could order a second pair of $75 shoes in the correct size and once the wrong size is delivered to the store if I wait another 5 days and if I dont pick them up a refund will be made. They refused to give me any of their imaginary Kohls cash currency for The inconvenience of having to fork out another $75 and going through this hassle. I spoke with the manager and all. I refuse to shop here again. Worst customer service and zero regard for customer satisfaction. I will never order online again. What’s the point in a customer service department if they can’t do anything but tell you sucks to be you.
