1 /5 Mike Mitchell: I just tried to return a $15 shirt for a different size and was told that Gap has a 30 day return policy. It’s has been 32 days since I purchased it. I put down the $100 worth of clothes I had in my hand and walked out. That is bull crap policy.

1 /5 Sonia Weimann: I typically shop online. I only come to the store if I have to return something or if the online store forgot to remove a security tag. Every single time I come into this store the person “helping” me has a mindset to block what I need. They are rude and unhelpful. I know this isn’t the highest paying job, but there could be a slight bit of helpful courtesy to the customers.

4 /5 Ry: A lot of really good deals on womens stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The mens department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.
