Express Factory Outlet - Pottstown (PA)

3 /5 Lauren W: I typically love coming to this outlet for great sales/deals on work clothes. Unfortunately, they no longer have outlet prices or sales and do not accept coupons. The coupons are only redeemable at their retail stores. If they are no longer offering the benefits of being an outlet store, they should atleast consider honoring coupons since the clothes aren’t discounted. The staff here were super helpful tho!

5 /5 Sarah Friedman: Steven is such a helpful and knowledgeable salesperson! I came today with my teenage son and Steven was amazing with recommending styles that my son liked. We bought 4 pairs of pants and 2 stylish shirts and they all go together!

2 /5 Paige Smyth: Went there one time, as I have never been to this store before. I thought everything was extremely expensive here, but I still tried on just about 4 things to see how they would fit and feel. I ended up not liking any product (clothing here are made in nice quality, I just simply didnt like how they looked on me). While I was hanging the clothes on the return rack before leaving, an associate looked me straight in the eyes and said to me sarcastically "just playing dress up now, are we?" I told him straightforward that he was rude and ignorant and that I really wouldnt be buying anything from here anytime soon. Not a great first impression.

5 /5 Mom: Beautiful product. Great service. I went in on Friday night by chance because we drove 1.5 hours to find most stores close before 8pm. Express was one of 5 stores open. The managers and I played dress up. It was fun!!!! Will be back for sure. I love the music and vibe

5 /5 Jose Moctezuma: I had a small issue with an item I had purchased and yes all I wear is Express and I called the store and Jason the manager was very helpful and professional I spoke to him and with no hesitation he took very good care of me the staff in its self has always taken good care of me. Jason thank you for providing great customer service.
