So much better connectivity than I have with my Verizon company phone. Shout out to Mark May the store manager for all of his assistance today. Hopefully he gets promoted and a raise! 5 /5 Dorothy Thomas: The sales rep. Shane F. was so very helpful when i took my aunt in for a new phone. He is very knowledgeable about the products in his store. He is very good at explaining and taking the time to teach the customer. I would give him a rate of 20 out of 10 if i could . He is a gem that they should make sure they keep him there. The only negatives about the store is they dont carry extra products for their phones. Had to go elsewhere for that.
