1 /5 milly galarza: One particular Associate today at around 9pm has absolutely no empathy. Instead of helping me with my inconsolable, upset daughter, the Associate makes an annoucemt over the stores loudspeaker, "Family, please take care your children." Mind you the I was trying to comfort my daughter with no succes. Can you explain to me how, instead of going over and trying to help, she belittles me in that way, especially since clearly I couldnt listen wen my 2-year-old daugther was crying uncontrollably less then a foot away. If you dont have empathy for others your Custumers, you shouldnt work in customer service. I put this Associate on her place, called everything from ignorant to worthless for embarrassing me like that over the stores loudspeaker, and then left the store. But apparently, the employee couldnt handle the stress and went outside to smoke. They should choose their employees more carefully.
