Shenango Valley Urban League, Inc. - Farrell Lisa Wells: I’m so thankful that urban league was able to help me out with some rent! The lady I sat down with for the appointment was extremely friendly and helpful! But the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. Every single time I call! This woman should not be working with the public, her attitude is horrible! I thought it was maybe just me, but after reading the reviews, I see it’s not. Other than that, would’ve been five stars.
