As a mom of two and approaching 40, I’ve been struggling to find my style and feel confident in it. Chloe was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She took the time to listen and helped me rediscover my style and with it, my confidence! Her positivity and expertise made such a difference. Thank you, Chloe!

1 /5 Brittani Hileman: I hate that I even have to acknowledge this behavior with a review—but what happened today (04/06/2025) at this store location is absolutely unacceptable. My friend walked in simply looking for a new pair of jeans and left nearly in tears because of the judgmental, mean-girl energy coming from staff. Instead of offering help or a welcoming attitude, they gave her passive-aggressive looks and acted like she didn’t belong there. She left feeling humiliated and took a real hit to her self-esteem—all because a few staff members chose to silently judge instead of showing even a shred of kindness or professionalism. It’s 2025. Women should be building each other up, not tearing each other down with high school clique behavior. It’s honestly pathetic that your employees don’t reflect the body positivity and inclusivity the brand loves to promote on social media. Do better. Train this team to treat every customer with respect and decency, because no one walks into a store expecting to leave feeling worse about themselves. Life is already hard enough.

1 /5 Tennessee Jed: The old lady that is the manager is very rude, obnoxious and condescending. The way she speaks to the associates and customers was degrading and dismissive. Terrible environment. Never going back

4 /5 Emily Brazill: Not much of a selection compared to online. You can buy items online for cheaper or by price matching in store, they don’t have the same sales in store which is odd.
