1 /5 Corryn Ling: Says open till 7 online. Showed up at 6 and the store was closed and locked up. Ridiculous

1 /5 A D: I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Staff are highly rude . My first time in the store was nothing but issues and its sad because I actually like the company and was not expecting any complications. I went in to purchase 2 items a birthday shirt for me and uniform pants for my daughter. I get to the register to pay for my items and the one item wouldnt scan because it was recalled. I was upset but of course that wasnt my top priority. So I decided just to get the pants that appeared to be 8 and some change. The pants rung up $14 and some change. I looked at the pants again and showed her the tag clearly showing 8 and change, she then looks at it and was like "oh I see". So she removes the tag that was over the number 1 in front of the 8 then was like "see its 18 not 8 " . Well how am I supposed to know that when you guys carelessly put your markdown price over it. I asked them to honor it because its completely their fault and they refused to. I left called the store manager she was no help and disrespectful as well, which led me calling corporate who then offered me a $10 gift card that was supposed to get sent to my email but never received it and also emailed them multiple times about it.

2 /5 Christine Weimer: The worst customer service, the manager is rude, overall unpleasant experience at this particular store. I had purchased a pair of shorts (that I was unable to try on the fitting rooms were closed) that did not fit, I had the receipt but the price tag had come off, I also had several more items to purchase. When I asked for a refund or store credit they refused because the price tag was missing even though they still had several pairs of the shorts in the store to sell overall bad business procedures with a sprinkle of rudeness.

3 /5 Eva Wertz: Prices are decent, store is clean. You cannot try on anything at this location, they say to purchase it, try on at home and if you need to, bring it back. That is stressful and very inconvenient.

5 /5 Kathryn Klos: The only place I shop for clothes I know will fit me right for a reasonable price. The staff doesnt bother me with an overwhelming amount of questions. But when I have a question someone is always there to help me out. I ♥️ Rainbow
