5 /5 The snap Chap: Love the food here,the chicken waffle sliders were awesome and so was the watermelon salad. The burger was pretty good too. Prices are good, service was good, atmosphere was great.

1 /5 M L: VERY slow service. Once our food came out, we didnt see the server for over 30 minutes. They were walking past us repeatedly while serving other tables, but not even glancing our way. Never got any refills of water (only the first small glass they brought out before we ordered), and didnt get the condiments we asked for either. And we were there well before any of the other tables they were serving, and it was not particularly busy either. No idea what the problem was, but one star for the food and the service is generous.

4 /5 Jennifer Nyman: As with many restaurants, the grill is short-staffed so be patient about any delays. The staff is working hard to get your food out to you as quickly as possible. Their soft pretzel is AMAZING!!

3 /5 Adam Bushong: The food was delicious. The service, not so great. The appetizer was brought out after our meal was already on the table. We also ordered a second round of drinks before our meals came out and he tried to serve them to us after we were done eating. We sent those back.
