2 /5 Heidi Murrin: It was truly a disappointment ( and sad) trip to the Blue Collar tonight. It is very apparent that the new owners are neither committed nor concerned how well or bad their new tavern is doing. Although Haley and the other server ( sorry I did not get her name) were working hard to keep up, it was most obvious that they need a lot more help. We saw numerous people get up and leave or cancel their meals. Everyone around us was talking about how bad things were. We were there for 2 1/2 hours to get cheeseballs and wings.
Their menu has gotten smaller which was also disappointing. The writing is on the wall here. Either the owners show up, stay, and begin to run things better ( it was hard to watch the 2 ladies overworked and who knows how few people were in the kitchen) or the place will definitely fail. And, we certainly missed wonderful Ashley’s presence. Hope you begin to care and get it together. Sincerely
