5 /5 Justin Barrett: I love Saloon, this is my go to place for wings and whiskey. Their wings are top notch! They have tons of whiskey to pick from too! The only complaint I have is the volume of the music, it is LOUD. But overall a great spot.

4 /5 Juan Manuel Marquez: Friday night karaoke was a blast. The crowd sang along, you just scan a QR code to out your name in for a song, and BAM... you are on the list!

3 /5 Shawn Garman: I cant tell if its on its way up or on the way down. The food was pretty good but not outstanding. The service was not so much. It was someones first night waiting tables. Who schedules someone to wait tables for the very first time on a Saturday after a football game? Thats what you do on Tuesday. They managed however, with little guidance from the management. Management was busy putting out fires elsewhere. 2 tables walked out because the service was bad. The manager just threw his hands in the air and watched them walk. I just dont think there was much training for the servers or the manager. Back of the house seemed to have their game together as they ran their own food. It was good, not great, but it was hot and fresh. It might be getting better and going through growing pains or it might be getting worse and the good employees are leaving. Youll have to let me know, there are plenty of other better places to eat in West Chester.

3 /5 Lauren B: Used to love getting food from here, but things seem to have changed. Not sure if there’s a new chef or if they’re trying something different, but lately the food has been lacking flavor and just hasn’t been great. We’ve specifically noticed that anything with beef—like the Crunchwrap or the taco flatbread—has had a super odd texture and hasn’t tasted very good. We ate here a month or two ago and didn’t have a great experience: frozen guac, bland meat with weird texture, and when we mentioned it to our waitress she didn’t seem to care much. She just took it away and comped part of our meal. We ordered takeout last night to give it another try, and the Crunchwrap was the same and the mac and cheese was very bland and dry. Overall just a little disappointing. Hoping they can make some changes, or this is going to turn into a drinks-only spot for us.
