5 /5 Lutz Heinrichs: My family has been going to Rolling Stars for years now. Its always a great destination for breakfast or lunch and we have to yet be disappointed. Service is good, Amy is the best ever, just have to put that out there.
The bagels are superb, and thats that. They are excellent in taste and texture. They are large and in charge, especially the Everything bagel from them has yet to be beat on my pallet, and I have had bagels for many, many many years from many places.
My personal Star is the Nova Platter. It is simply unmatched. The quality of the fish is like nothing you get anywhere else. It tastes like salmon as it should, but it isnt "fishy". Its super fresh, its soft and delicious. I will challenge anyone to find better in the tri-state area. Ive tried many and this is the penultimate to me.
Its also served with a nice amount of onion, capers, a nice fat slice of lemon, and a strawberry to finish off your palate at the end. Truly perfection.
An honorable mention (as far as my palate goes) is the Bulgogi Quesadilla. You wont find this anywhere else and its just so good, the ingredients are fresh and juicy and you can tell whoever makes those knows what they are doing.
I love this place, I hope it stays around forever.
