1 /5 M: The interior is very nice. The hostess, very nice. The waiter Scott wasnt very good at all. He was a bit boisterous and made numerous mistakes, bringing us the wrong food, then forgot about another order and then rushed it out raw to us! He had kind of an undesirable attitude that wasnt charming, but borderline dismissive and almost impatient and rude. The food itself was unfortunately actually bad. You dont like to say that, but have to be honest. It was not authentic, the very crude and obviously very small portions were tacky and ll of our party agreed wed not be returning.
Our chicken Schnitzel was not Schnitzel. It was a sweet, half portion size of greasy, sweet glazed thin, dry cutlets and they threw jalapeño slices on top. It tasted much like a mish-mosh of sweet Chinese takeout.
The mashed potatoes were not real and we agreed the tasted (and looked like) white powder instant.
Unfortunately, it was not European or German or Polish experience on any level. Even their so called cucumber salad wasnt cucumber salad, but greens and cucumber. Beet salad was tasty but a tiny portion. The menu itself was also tiny with very few choices.
Were European (and part Polish), and we know authentic, high quality food !
And although the waiter tried educating our adult group about the supposed superior cuisine (like we were children), NOTHING WAS AUTHENTIC OR ACCEPTABLE.
Also, cheap was literally less than 1 inch of wine in a huge goblet.....that too was not appropriate or appreciated. Overall very thrown together and amateurish.
