3 /5 KenDizzle10: Over priced in my opinion. Sandwich was just meat and cheese, labeled as a Philly cheese steak... that close to Philly and it just didnt hit right. Wouldnt recommend. Unless this is one of those places where "you just have to order it a specific way" and i had no clue. The employees were nice though.

I USED ONLINE ORDER AND IT CHANGED MY LOCATION WITH OUT ME REALIZING IT. I ORDER FROM SAME LOCATION EVERYTIME BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN WE SHOWED UP AT LOCATION STORE NO ORDER. I CHECK MY EMAIL TO SEE A STORE 30 MINS FROM MY HOUSE. I CALL STORE WITH THE RUDEST SERVICES EVER. THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. THEN TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND ID STILL PAY FOR THE ONLINE MISTAKE. I WORK VERY HARD AND $30 FOR TWO SANDWICHES IS OUTRAGEOUS AS IT IS ON SALE. I WILL NEVER.... NEVERRRRRR ORDER HERE AGAIN. THEIR IS TO MANY OTHER PLACE IN AREA TO GET A GREAT SUB AT WAY BETTER PRICES AND MUCH BETTER SERVICES UNBELIEVABLE....!! Updated... I did contact you and a message was sent to my email from Rachel that was very condescending. I reply to the email with my side of story and havent got a reply. Your manager bold face lied about whole situation. Im over this and learned my lesson I WILL NOT EVER RETURN after this whole experience..!! I just got out hospital yesterday that was hour in half from my house so LAST THING I need was to drive 30 mins there then 30 mims home after driving 15 mins to my local store. My request was simple please refund me so, I could order at the correct store and I was told that a refund was not possible no matter what. I could either drive to get the store or lost out on my food and money. That was most heartless rude service I ever received. SORRY there is no correcting this situation and its sad cause I NEVERRRRRR....... had bad experience at dickson city. They were all 5 stars to THEM BEST SERVICE VERY KIND UNDERSTANDING and made my sandwich with perfection. Its horrible one store ruin it for all your stores.

5 /5 jude height: Came here before I went golfing. Got two Italian hoagies. Perfect handheld meal in a pinch. A little more expensive than some of the other hoagies in the area. It’s more like a Philly or New York hoagie and the quality is worth the price.
