5 /5 Zachary Boniello: Had my first experience here yesterday. My wife was gone to a concert with friends and I had to fend for myself for dinner. Ordered the Tampiqueña as takeout and it was so good! Large portion, steak was great and the enchiladas were out of this world. Fried plantains seemed like a bonus and were delicious also. We are looking forward to enjoying a meal together, since I couldnt stop talking about how good it was. Support this great local business! You wont be disappointed!

Food choices in Waymart/Carbondale get stale after you have lived here for a while, and normally I have to drive 30 to 45 mins one way to have anything remotely Mexican. The food was good, the staff was kind, the atmosphere was charming. If you are bored to tears of pizza, Chinese, or burgers, I recommend giving this a try!

5 /5 Glenn Cooper: I usually go far from town for mexican food, I did not know this was here until a few days ago and we had it for the first time tonight. I will be coming back! We had no complaints. Everything we ordered was amazing. Even my young kids who are very picky loved the chicken tacos and chicken quesodilla! The portions were above average, the sauces were so full of flavor, everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the service when I picked up my food was great. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Smiles and greetings the second I walked in. So excited to have a place this good in my area. I didnt take pictures because I wanted to eat while it was hot but I assure you its worth seeing for yourself.

The portions are perfect and the staff, I’m assuming owners were very friendly and helpful. I enjoy supporting small businesses and this one will be at the top of the list. Keep up the great work.

5 /5 Pat Mattucci: This is a gem on Main Street in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. If you enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, you will love Mi Mexico Lindo. Fresh made to order authentic Mexican food, huge portions for a fair price. The Pineapple marinated pork is tender and delicious, married with the spices and flavors of homemade guacamole, Mexican rice, fresh sauteed vegetables is a delight for any pallet. And dont forget to try the Fried Plantains, they are an unexpected treat!
