Waymart Hotel - Waymart (PA)

5 /5 Matt Ide: We just can’t get our timing right!! Always stealing away to the Waymart, off-season. We’ve HEARD, that they have an incredible outdoor grill setup…We’ve HEARD, that the Wrangler BBQ pit was custom made in Indiana…We’ve HEARD, that the cherry and applewood smoked meats are on display under their pavilion….But We’ve only been able to TASTE their winter options; an award-winning tray of Old Fashion square (sweeter sauce, two cheese blend), a toasted Cuban with seasoned gravy fries and a crock of French onion soup to boot. It really hit the spot as we split town for the Catskills, and began our journey with some NEPA non-negotiables. Guess well have to find our way back once the winter weather breaks.

5 /5 H: Just stopped in for drinks. Ended up trying a slice of pizza. It was pretty good and cheap (was $2/3 for). Nice bar and property, and loved the stream running by.

3 /5 Ryan Calvert: They have good food. But I had gotten boneless wings and they looked completely cooked but i ended up sick from eating raw chicken so be careful! They did offer a refund on just the boneless wings next time we ate there.

5 /5 Italian Campers: Food is fantastic! The only place around that will actually cook my Angus burger rare. Wings are good as well.

5 /5 Wolf Madden: This is a must visit restaurant! It is very beautiful grounds with lots of room for everybody. They also do weddings and parties and that would not affect anything to do with a restaurant because it is so large. Take the time to walk around the grounds and enjoy the surroundings. Now lets get to the important part, the food is excellent and the menu is extensive. They have smokers and we had ribs and wings that were very good. The servering staff really works hard to make sure everything is perfect. The prices are also very good a bit out of the way but give it a try you wont be disappointed. Check their website they have cruise nights and sometimes have music!
