5 /5 jonathonhinkle89: Tried this place out for the first time. Was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. Cameron was our server. What a great guy. Kept the drinks full, and was very consistent in his service. Funny and carry’s himself well. 10/10 service from Cameron. We also met Tim who spoke highly of the food and made great recommendations. Both gentlemen were a pleasure and the Melting Pot is lucky to have them. The food was enjoyable. I went in thinking I would not enjoy this style of dining and was very surprised. Garlic Steak is the way to go! Although the food was great, we’re returning because of the service these two gentlemen provided. 10/10 would recommend!!!

5 /5 Ahron Katz: Absolutely loved my time there.really friendly staff and welcoming ! The food was amazing and the waitress Cathy was outstanding! Very patient as we took a while to decide what we wanted really friendly and polite and excellent service from her throughout our dining .she took time to explain the menu and how everything works with what we order ! Highly recommend the melting pot great experience and food. Extra bonus to have such an amazing server .

5 /5 Amanda: Our server, Kaiser is amazing. We highly recommend asking for him if you are dining at the Melting Pot. This was our first time and we cant wait to come back. 5 star. He made my 45th birthday special. ❤️❤️❤️

5 /5 Alicia Miller: Had a great experience here. Waiter (I think his name was Nate) was excellent, along with the person with him in training. They were so helpful and knowledgeable with vegan items. Food was perfect, tons of vegan options for me, and steak for my husband. It is definitely an experience and absolutely takes 2 hours! So be prepared for that. It was a great night out for us and I’m glad I finally got to go.
