5 /5 Kallie Rogalsky: I very sincerely wish there were more stars to give. This was our second visit in three weeks. We had to try burger night and it exceeded the hype. Again the service was impeccable- Jules & Jillian both make you feel welcome and comfortable. The drinks, as my husband put it, are some of the most memorable he had. He was extremely excited to get the bourbon cocktail again. The wedge salad (which is one of my favorites), was perfectly balanced. Fresh and crisp but the bites of bacon are indulgent. The burger is one of the best we have had. As avid burger fans, we greatly appreciate the simplicity of letting quality ingredients shine. Since our last visit, I had been dreaming of the pistachio cheesecake which thankfully was available tonight. It really is so refreshing to have a restaurant in the area with kind people that truly love and care about your experience and the food from top to bottom. Can’t wait for many many more trips to Jillian’s!

5 /5 David Ge: I recently visited Jillian’s Restaurant for the first time, and it turned out to be one of the most delightful American dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Although its a bit of a drive from downtown Pittsburgh, it was well worth the trip. The cozy ambiance and the warm, personable owner made me feel instantly welcome. She thoughtfully introduced the menu and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The dishes were flavorful, inventive, and thoughtfully crafted with plenty of local ingredients — a clear testament to the effort and creativity put into the menu. I also appreciate that the offerings seem to change frequently based on seasonal availability, which gives me all the more reason to return. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

5 /5 Ronald Cypher: The food here is absolutely five star. The quality, presentation and preparation rivals any fine dining restaurant in Pittsburgh. I had a whole trout and my wife had the chicken. They were both amazing. Potato chip appetizer with caviar onion dip was perfect. Bread was fresh and warm. Creative cocktails. The only frustrating part was the service was painfully slow. We were there at 5:00 p.m. when it opened and our potato chip appetizer took over 45 minutes to arrive . We were the only ones in the restaurant. By the time we left all the tables were full as well as the bar. There was one bartender, one waitress and the owner. Everyone seem to be waiting for food. But it was worth the wait! The food is outstanding! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Kallie McShea: Truly an unreal food experience. The thought and care behind every dish, from start to finish is apparent in every bite. The service is impeccable. We came for our wedding anniversary tonight. We started with the chips & dip and baked oysters, then had the mushrooms, truffle fries, and the tomahawk. Every single thing was insanely delicious. We ended the night with the pistachio cheesecake which maybe brought a tear to my eye. Cannot recommend Jillian’s enough.

We came to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday—she had been here before, specifically requested it again, and now I completely understand why. From the moment we walked in, it was one of the best restaurant experiences any of us have ever had. The entire team was warm, genuine, and welcoming—they made us feel like we were old friends walking into their home. And the food… unbelievable. There were three of us and we shared everything family-style. We started with the fried brie, steak tartar, baked oysters, and the beets—every single bite was perfection. For dinner, we went all in with the mushrooms, duck-fat potatoes, and a tomahawk steak to share. Each dish was cooked flawlessly, full of flavor, and left us already excited for the next bite. Jillian—who truly lives up to the heart of this restaurant—made us feel like we’d known her forever. She hugged each of us before we left, thanked us personally, and invited us back like family. And let me just say… that sold-out beef shank that I almost had my heart set on? Consider this my official promise: I’ll be back to claim it. It has my name written all over it, and now I have the perfect excuse to return again and again. And as if the night couldn’t get any sweeter—literally—we ended the meal with a slice of their fabulous pistachio cheesecake with a honey drizzle. My friend closed her eyes, made a birthday wish, and I’m almost certain it was that we’ll be back again… sooner rather than later. If you’re looking for exceptional food, unforgettable hospitality, and an experience that makes you feel special long after you leave—this is it. We’ll absolutely be back.
