3 /5 JOHN TAYLOR: We placed a phone order for food from Perrys last week and later discovered that our credit card had been compromised the same evening. I called to inform the owner, hoping to make him aware in case something suspicious was happening on his end.
Unfortunately, he seemed
unconcerned and dismissed the issue, stating that he didnt recognize the merchant in question and that his employees have worked for him for a long time, so he doubted any wrongdoing.
I made it clear that I wasnt placing blame, as I have no proof-just that I thought it was important to let him know. Weve always enjoyed Perrys food, but due to the owners attitude and lack of concern for our situation, well likely take our business elsewhere in the future.
