Jai Alai - Hermitage (PA)

5 /5 Corey SMITH: The wings were fantastic and the bartender (Justina) was a pleasure to speak with! I had the "Cajun Ranch" wings with the Downunder fries and absolutely loved them! My coworker had the "Licker" wings were also fantastic. They also had Taco Tuesday going on and the tacos were great as well. We will definitely be going back next time were in town for work!

4 /5 TaDay Clay: The jai lai is cool! Sometimes the food is a hit and sometimes it’s not. The ingredients could be better. Sometimes the bartenders are friendly and sometimes they’re not. You gotta pick ya poison! Overall it’s a decent spot.

5 /5 Jennifer Kirk: A Hidden gem. I live in Warren, OH, but my daughter had an appt in hermitage. She wanted a burger, and I wanted wings. So from googling we decided on this place. When I first pulled up I was skeptical. But, we went in anyways definitely was not disappointed. Compliments to the cook. Wings were extra crispy even drenched in sauce, and they tasted great. The bacon ranch fries were good as well. My daughter does not like ranch, but she enjoyed them. She also said her burger was really good. And, the lady that waited on us was really friendly. We would definitely come back.

3 /5 Amy Wood: They always take a long time for take out orders, but this was ridiculous. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries (their fries are very good). We called in the order at 3:45 p.m. on a Monday. When we first arrived a half hour later to pick up the order we noticed not one car in the parking lot, and no other cars at the pick up window. They said the order wasnt ready. During the time we waited, no other customers arrived, so it wasnt like they were busy. The order wasnt ready until 45 minutes after we placed it! Could understand if it was Friday night but given the day/time and no other customers, this is really poor customer service. They did not acknowledge the wait either. Jai Alai you can do a better job!

4 /5 Frugal Couponer: We ventured to Jai Alai 3/26/19 around 5:00pm not knowing what to expect but read the reviews so we were hoping for delicious food. We had the $2.00 cheeseburgers (add a handful of fries for an additional $2.00) and some sweet teriyaki wings (served with celery, carrots and choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing). The wings were great!!!! The burger was not. It was a bit loud in there and the poor gal was waitressing by herself. She was extremely friendly and did a good job with all the hungry customers. We found out wings are $.55 each on Wednesdays (eat in only) and yes we are going back! The only things I saw an issue with was having only one waitress and not a lot of tables/booths to sit at; however there is more seating around the bar. Now to find out the remaining specials of the week! They have happy hour from 5pm-7pm with drink specials as well.
