5 /5 Kyra: If you’re looking for the best happy hour in Pittsburgh, Federal Galley is a strong contender. Half-price beers with a large selection and half-price cocktails. Not just your average $4 tail with a mixer… well-made, thoughtful drinks that make the happy hour price look like highway robbery. Recommend the Hulk Smash and espresso martini. You are able to order drinks remotely from the tables which is really nice if bar lines are wild. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was lively, but not packed. Live music and plenty of outdoor seating as well. The only downside to this place is location as it’s in a business park area without much else around. Regardless, the drinks are great and the price really can’t be beat. Also, grab the cheesy halusky from Beef Graffiti.
