5 /5 Jon Rackson: Had a great experience at Erie Canal Bar and Grille, Sharpsville Pa. The wings were cooked almost to perfection—just the right amount of crisp with juicy meat inside. Tough to call anything perfect, but they came close. The real standout was the Smokey Cowboy Ranch—hands down one of the best BBQ-style sauces I’ve had in a long time. It’s bold, smoky, and rich with just enough kick to keep you coming back for more.
