2 /5 Ani Raihan: I used to be a regular customer here and always enjoyed the chicken, rice, black beans with pico de gallo and salsa verde. When I saw they changed it to Pollo Verde, I was excited and thought it would be an upgrade to a dish I already loved. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.
The two large grilled chicken breasts were almost inedible—tough, rubbery, and with a slight funky aftertaste/smell that made it seem like they had been cooked days earlier and were close to spoiling. For $22, that’s unacceptable.
The beans and tortillas were good, but sadly, that’s not enough to make up for such poor quality on the main item. It’s disappointing because I used to eat here at least once a week, living just five minutes away. But after this experience, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
